CARMAnation is a peer-to-peer community that is making parking more convenient and affordable, by allowing people to share their unused private parking spaces. CARMAnation’s proprietary platform allows for individual users and businesses owners alike, to share their privately owned parking spots when they are away, or when company employees go home for the day. The platform generates an increase of parking inventory by tapping into the existing and unused supply in the private sector, without the need for the city to build more parking.

Spot owners can offer their available parking on an hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly basis – listing it for free, a fee, or in exchange for donations to a local city charity.
