As an Investor, Farshad is part of the VC/mentoring programme at Level 39 at Canary Warf in London, one of Europe’s largest FinTech start-up communities, and he is involved in some of the largest VC tech firms and accelerators in Europe and Iran. Farshad Nowshadi is VP of eStrategy at Saman Bank, which today is one of the largest banks in the Middle East with 4 million customers.. An initial investor in Google, has personal investments in a number of FinTech startup in Middle East.
The wonderful thing about entrepreneurs is that their passion for starting new companies transcends languages and geographic boundaries. I felt very comfortable at SVOD and recognized its participants as having the same type of DNA that made Silicon Valley what it is today.
The organizers here are doing an amazing job with selecting the people who attend, selecting the speakers, coming up with ideas for panels and discussions. The truly amazing side is that the audience gets bigger, more involved, active and more thoughtful. It’s just a fun place to be!
