Sergey Chernogorodskiy – Managing partner of Argo-Capital early stage investment partnership focusing on FinTech, IoT and AdTech industries. Sergey is an entrepreneur and investor with a strong track record of value creation in international and Russian markets including M&A, Private Equity and Real Estate investments.Sergey has extensive experience in strategic management of large and medium sized Russian corporations as a member of the Board of Directors and Audit and Strategy Committees.

Sergey is a co-founder of Smart Engeneering – Russian mid size telecom operator and TBC – Russian – Sweden IT company providing industrial IoT solutions.

Sergey graduated from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business
