The Land of Snow Startup DEMO: One of the most important business sides of the conference is a journey of the Army of Soldiers in the Startup DEMO Land of Snow, an enchanted forest wonderland where they are judged by the audience of judges – The Snowflakes.
Apply to become one of the 25 cool pre-selected companies – Soldiers, receive training and present in front of the audience of angels and venture capitalists (total of 60+ with the ratio of 2-to-1 entrepreneur-to-investor). The coach will help polish your story, define your strategies, discuss financial goals, and other important issues for the presentation. You will receive a live feed-back both from on-stage judges as well as from the judges in the audience.
Sugar Plum Fairy Game or Business Model Canvas Evaluation: SVOD introduces a business model canvas evaluation for the DEMO startups where each attendee gets an opportunity to be “in the shoes of an investor, evaluating a company”. This is not only a fun part of the conference, but also a great experience and opportunity to compare your approach with the approach of the best Silicon Valley angels and venture capitalists.
