Tirto Adji is the General Partner of Palapa Ventures, an Indonesian Venture Capital Firm that invests in early-stage companies in Silicon Valley. Palapa invests in innovative startup companies with a global focus, that may have the capability of transporting to or implementing its technology in Indonesia.

Tirto is also the co-founder of Adskom, a leading digital marketing technology company with the largest, actionable purchase intent data repository in Indonesia.

Prior to joining Palapa Ventures, Tirto worked as a Software Engineer with 15+ Years of experience in highly technical roles at Yahoo and other high-tech companies. Tirto invests in 10+ Startup companies to-date, with focus in Big Data and Cloud-based Enterprise technologies. He also mentors and advises Startup companies in Southeast Asia and Silicon Valley.

Tirto, an Indonesian native, graduated from San Jose State University with Master of Science in Software Engineering, and from Stanford University’s Graduate Program in Data Mining and Applications.
