Vitaly Golomb

Vitaly is a co-founder and Managing Partner of GS Capital, a Silicon Valley investment bank specializing in M&A, growth capital, and corporate venture advisory where he focuses on Transportation/Mobility, Software/SaaS/Internet, and Industry 4.0 sectors.

Prior to GS Capital, Vitaly was a founding partner at HP Tech Ventures, the corporate venture arm of Silicon Valley’s original startup where he led fund-of-funds and early stage investments and was recognized as a Global Corporate Venturing Rising Star. Vitaly is a Supervisory Board Member of the Ukraine Venture Capital and Private Equity Association. He founded three technology and services companies, served as a consistently top-ranked mentor to a dozen global startup accelerators and business schools, contributed to TechCrunch, and authored the best-selling Accelerated Startup.

Vitaly grew up in Cupertino and started his technology career as a teenager. In addition to leading GS Capital, he is one of the most in-demand speakers and trainers in the world of startups, venture capital, and corporate innovation. Vitaly is fluent in English and Russian, holds a BA in Computer and Video Imaging from Cogswell College, studied Venture Capital at UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, and is a registered FINRA broker dealer agent.
