Registration Categories and Fees*

(1) Full Participant - $700
  • Participation in all events of the conference
  • Seminars
  • Access to SVOD EXPO

(2) Full Participant and Exhibitor - $1100
  • Full Participant Benefits
  • Exhibition stand at the EXPO
  • If you plan to exhibit on the conference, register first attendee from your company as a "Full Participant and Exhibitor" ($1100) and others as "Full Participants" ($700)

(3) US investors and representatives of technology companies interested in corporate partnerships with start-ups presenting at SVOD participate in the conference by invitation only.  The registration fee is waived.

(4) Media registration

*SVOD Conference is a non-profit event aiming at business, educational and cultural development. The registration fees are significantly below the cost of attendance thanks to the generous support of our sponsors.

NOTE: You must specify name of registering company in the Additional details field while making your payment. Otherwise your payment might not be matched to your on-line registration.

 

INDIVIDUALS

Individuals must submit an on-line registration form by November 1. Credit card payments are processed at the time of registration. You will receive an email confirmation shortly after the registration is complete. For Check/Money Order/Wire Transfer payments registration is complete only after you payment is received. An invoice will be sent to you from the organizers of the conference, and payment must be received within two weeks from the date on the invoice.

 

COMPANIES

Number of participants from a company is not limited. Each participant must submit an individual registration.

*IMPORTANT NOTES*

SVOD reserves the right to reject any “Full Participant” or “Full Participant and Exhibitor” registration. In this case a refund is issued within two weeks of the notice. The registration fees do not include hotel accommodations, airport transfers, or any other cost associated with travelling and participation in the conference. You may switch participants at any given time, but you must notify the organizers of the Conference in writing. Refunds: If you are not able to obtain an entrance visa into the United States in order to participate in the conference, your registration fee will be refunded, except of transaction fees associated with processing the registration and its refund. In order to receive your refund, you must submit a written request along with a proof of denial of US entry visa no later than two weeks before the start of the conference.
