Krolm is an Intelligent Recruiting Engine.  We match companies and candidates based on their rating.

Problem

Current job search sites are too vague.  Good candidates are looking for Good companies to work for, and vice versa.  They have to match.

Solution

Implement Rating system for the companies and candidates.

How do we do that

• For the companies:

We pull public data from LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Crunchbase, etc.  We index that data using our algorithms, and come up with a Rating.

• For the candidates:

We pull data from the resumes, LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.  We process that data using our algorithms, and come up with a Rating.

• We show candidates potential salary and a list of matching companies to apply for. Companies are offered a list of matching candidates.
