Matt Bornstein

Principal at Blumberg Capital

Matt is a principal based in Blumberg Capital’s San Francisco office. He brings more than 10 years of experience working with entrepreneurs and startups as both a founder and a venture capitalist.

Prior to Blumberg Capital, Matt worked with Correlation Ventures, a quantitative venture capital firm, and Greycroft Partners, a digital media VC. Matt previously founded two technology companies in the enterprise software and tech-enabled services sectors. Additional experience includes new product development at LinkedIn and strategy consulting with the Monitor Group.

Matt earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and his B.S. in mathematics from Brown University.

Matt serves as a member or observer on the board of directors of Midfin Systems, Pachyderm, Saucey and SigOpt.
