Mr. Rosenberg is a Retired Colonel and Former Deputy head analyst of the IDF’s Intelligence, responsible for around 1000 analysts. He is a PhD candidate in Philosophy at the History and Philosophy of Science Department in the University of Cambridge, UK, and formerly graduated in Physics and Math.
Joab is lecturing on “Advanced Analysis” in the Honors Track of the Interdisciplinary Center, Hertzelia, and formerly at the Haifa University. He is a Former Commander of the prestigious “Talpiot” program.
In 2015 Joab founded Epistema, a company focused on rational discussions and decision making platform. Epistema proprietary algorithms allow for the first time to implement AI to analyse and score a human structured discussion, compensate for organizational and individual psychological biases, and point to the expertise level of each of the participants. Epistema is the first Israeli start-up to raise money from Slack and from Mithril, Peter Thiel’s growth fund co-founded with Ajay Royan.
