CEO of Enter Capital

Andrei Ponomarev is the CEO of Enter Capital, an international firm that works on behalf of investment funds, family offices, and corporate buyers (including NYSE- and TMX- listed corporations). Industries of the primary interest include FinTech, Banking IT consultancies, IoT, Big Data, Sharing Economy, and Automotive Tech.

Andrei executed dozens of private equity and venture capital transactions, closed deal accounts amounting to $1.5 Billion. In addition to the financial track record, Andrei developed corporate strategies for tech companies in Silicon Valley, including Capgemini US (EPA: CAP) and a subsidiary of Yahoo. Andrei holds an MBA degree in finance and entrepreneurship from Hult International Business School, San Francisco.
