Andrew is a Bay Area-based Partner at Flint Capital, the investment company form Boston focused on supporting entrepreneurs from Israel, Europe, and the US on an early stage of their business.

Andrew brings deep consumer startups expertise to the team, with his particular interest in health tech, lifestyle, social and marketing topics. Andrew serves on the boards of Flo.health, JobToday, Yva.ai, CreamFinance, and YouDo. He is also an active investor in ManyChat. Prior to turning into venture capital, Andrew was an entrepreneur who had successfully built and sold one of the Groupon clones of Eastern Europe. While being entrepreneur Andrew was keen on eCommerce business and contributed to building the leaders of kids, furniture and fashion online retailers of Eastern Europe. Prior to it, he was serving as a consultant in FMCG practice with one of the TOP management consulting companies.

Andrew earned a Master of Science in Applied Physics and Math plus Innovation Management professional degree from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University).

Andrew is keen on alpine skiing, backcountry freeride and yachting. He goes to exotic expeditions with the goal to find untouched powder snow and wild bays.
