Andrey Kolodyuk

Andrey Kolodyuk is Founder and Managing Partner of AVentures. Also he is founder and CEO Divan.TV.

Andrey Kolodyuk is a serial entrepreneur and venture capital investor. He started his entrepreneurial career in New York in 1994 when he founded his first electronics company Unitrade. Since that he cofounded more than 10 companies in IT, telecom, internet and media with total revenues exceeding US$1B including his recent venture Divan.TV, first OTT TV everywhere provider for 300M Russian- and Ukrainian speaking community worldwide. In 2001 Andrey founded AVentures with the mission to build and invest in the global companies that have R&D offices in Eastern Europe.

In 2012 the new AVentures Capital fund has been formed and so far has invested in 5 companies, such as: Augmented Pixels, nuPSYS, Coppertino, CheckiO, StarWind Software together with prominent investors like Almaz Capital, Vegas Fund, ABRT, TA Ventures, Torben Majgaard and other. AVentures Capital typically invests at seed, Series A and B stages in variety of software technology segments, including enterprise, consumer, mobile, infrastructure, ecommerce and others.

In 2005, Andrey defended his PhD thesis on the information society at V. M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law and in 2008, Andrey became the Young Global Leader World Economic Forum.
