Mr. Uri has been a private equity investor for over 20 years working with several institutional investment firms prior to forming Endurance Holdings, LLC in 2006. His experience covers business and strategic development, acquisitions, transaction structuring, corporate governance and financial analysis. Over the past several years, Mr. Uri has worked with both public and private companies in various capacities including acquisition assignments, divestitures, capital raises and interim management assignments. Prior to forming Endurance, Mr. Uri was a Principal of Garmark Advisors, L.L.C., a $750 million mezzanine and corporate opportunities fund focused on middle market transactions. From 1999 to 2005, Mr. Uri was a Partner with Pegasus Capital Advisors, LP, a private investment firm focused on complex debt and equity investments, including buyouts, structured loans, restructurings and bankruptcies. At Pegasus, Mr. Uri played a significant role in sourcing, acquiring and financing companies as well as managing portfolio investments, including Cannondale Bicycle Corporation, Merisant Company and American Wholesale Insurance Group, Inc. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Uri was a Vice President of The Jordan Company, LP, a private equity firm focused on middle market acquisitions in the United States and Europe. From 1993 to 1997, Mr. Uri was a Principal at EXOR America Inc., the international investment holding company controlled by the Agnelli Group. Mr. Uri received his M.B.A. from Columbia University Graduate School of Business and graduated with honors from University of California at Los Angeles, with a bachelor’s degree in economics and business. Mr. Uri resides in Bend, Oregon, with his wife and three children. He is a competitive endurance athlete, having completed numerous Ironman triathlons and ultra‐marathon events.
