Eshwar Belani

Eshwar is currently a Partner at SymphonyAI ($1B fund) and is focused on investing and creating companies that leverage artificial intelligence to disrupt B2B markets. In addition, Eshwar helps portfolio companies in their business transformation efforts to significantly enhance customer and shareholder value.

Prior to SymphonyAI, Eshwar led Products & Alliances for Rubrik where he helped launch an innovative suite of products that enabled the company to double revenue & customers on a quarterly basis and approach an annual run rate of $100M after only six quarters of selling. Rubrik is one of the fastest growing enterprise infrastructure company in the world and was featured as a top company in Forbes’ 2018 The Cloud 100 list.

Prior to Rubrik, Eshwar was part of the founding executive team at Rocket Fuel (NASDAQ:FUEL) and held roles leading Products, Business Development, and Strategy. He helped build Rocket Fuel’s media products from the ground up to over $240M in annual revenue within five years to help Rocket Fuel claim the #1 spot in Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500™ list.

Prior to Rocket Fuel, Eshwar was the founder and CEO of Sensact Applications, a Silicon Valley based company focused on pervasive real-time embedded sensing and computing (aka “Internet of Things”) to create solutions for smart physical environments. Prior to founding Sensact Applications, Eshwar was part of Epiphany’s (now Infor) Product Management team and worked on product strategy for Epiphany’s Marketing and Analytics products. He was responsible for Epiphany’s flagship CRM marketing and analytics platforms that had over $100M in annual revenue and were used by over 35 Fortune 100 companies.

Prior to joining Epiphany, Eshwar was the co-founder and CTO of iLeverage (acquired by Epiphany [NASDAQ:EPNY]), a company that built advertising and collaborative selling solutions for online retailers. Prior to iLeverage, Eshwar worked as a software development engineer in the Application Server Group at Oracle.

Eshwar serves as an Advisor to companies associated with Singularity University and Alchemist Accelerator, and is a Charter Member of TiE Silicon Valley. He holds a MS in Computer Science from U.C. Berkeley, Management of Technology from U.C. Berkeley, and a B.Tech in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras. He has authored several academic publications and holds six patents.
