Jinlin Wang

Managing Director of TEEC Angel Fund

Dr. Wang is the Managing Director of TEEC Angel Fund on the fund strategy and its software investment portfolio. He is also a Co-Founder and CEO of a stealth-mode startup located in Los Altos, CA. Prior to this, Jinlin spent 5 years from Jan 2011 to Feb 2016 at Answers Corp., served as the company’s COO & CTO, and led the company’s people and technology operations.

Prior to Answers, Jinlin held various leaderships roles at enterprise software companies of PeopleSoft and Oracle and consumer internet companies of Yahoo and Microsoft. He is the lead- or co-inventor of four patent applications of innovative online monetization methods, and a co-inventor of a patented (7,200,720) computational framework.

Jinlin earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Connecticut, and his bachelor and master degrees from Tsinghua University, Beijing.
