Lou Schreier is the Vice President of Portfolio Development and Technology Innovation for Deutsche Telekom Laboratories in the Bay Area. Over his career, Lou has built global teams and has led the development and release of products and systems that support consumer analytics, network intelligence, security, and service delivery. Experienced in start-up, large corporate, and global enterprises, Lou is a veteran of businesses including HP, R&D organizations including SRI International and HP-Labs, as well as several startups. Lou currently runs the Deutsche Telekom’s Silicon Valley Innovation Center where the focus is on Emerging Ecosystems including Software Defined Networking, Browser Operating Systems and smartphone networks, and Communication as a Service applications. His team partners with startups and established companies and university researchers in the area.
