Neil Devani joined Rothenberg Ventures in 2014 to serve as their General Counsel and a member of the investment team.  Rothenberg Ventures invests in seed+ stage startups and supports its portfolio companies with strategic guidance, fundraising, legal consultations, hiring, office space, and network growth.  The firm invests across a wide variety of disruptive technologies and products and recently graduated the first batch from River, it’s 3 month-long program for the fastest growing Virtual Reality companies.

At Rothenberg Ventures, Neil focuses on investments in digital health, financial technologies, and artificial intelligence.  Prior to Rothenberg Ventures, he served as Legal Counsel and Director of Business Operations and Strategy at Clinkle, consulted for a wide variety of health care companies at the Advisory Board Company, and worked on the Affordable Care Act under the late Senator Arlen Specter.  He completed his undergraduate studies at the Pennsylvania State University, attended medical school at Drexel University College of Medicine, and has a J.D. from Stanford Law School.
