Mr. Tubin is responsible for deal sourcing, investment process and assets management, providing strategic and operational advice to Russian-based portfolio companies.

Prior to joining 3F Capital in 2016, Mr. Tubin was a Deputy CFO in the largest European luxury holding company TSUM, responsible for corporate finance, investments and operational efficiency. Previously Mr. Tubin worked at AFK Sistema as Head of corporate development and strategy within Media assets unit. Mr. Tubin has been involved in several transactions in TMT, real estate, retail and manufacturing, including 2009 Top-10 M&A transaction in Russian media industry (according to PWC). He also worked in management consulting and IT before.

Headquartered in Moscow, 3F Capital is a private investment firm, focusing on investments in robotics, electronics and military technologies. The current early-stage fund is of $10M size.
