Phin Upham

Managing Partner, Haymaker Capital

Phin Upham is the Managing Partner at Haymaker Capital, LLC. Previously he was a Managing Director at Thiel Capital where he focused on investments in private technology companies. Phin has also worked at Morgan Stanley, Tishman Speyer, and as a financial journalist. Phin has an MBA and PhD from Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Harvard University. He has served as a Visiting Scholar at the Haas School of Business at Berkeley, Columbia Business School Chazen Institute for International Business, and the NYU Department of Economics.
