Ramneek co-leads the Venture Investing team at Citi Ventures. In this role, he leads investments in companies strategic to Citi and drives commercialization efforts between these companies and Citi businesses. His portfolio includes Square (NYSE:SQ), Docusign, Jet.com (Acquired by Walmart), Jumio, Ayasdi, Datameer, Platfora, Chain, TradeIt, Pepperdata, DB Networks, Feedzai, Fastpay and others. Ramneek’s focus is: Venture Capital, Data, Analytics & Machine Intelligence, Commerce and Payments, Next Generation lending, Wealth Management, Digital Media, Cryptocurrencies.

Prior to Citi, he helped drive sales at Zappedy and was a Partner at Battery Ventures, where he helped build out the India investment effort as well as develop the local commerce and fin tech investment areas in the US.

Ramneek started his professional career as a design engineer at PMC Sierra and worked on the hardware design team at TiVo. He has an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and a B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay, where he graduated at the top of his class. In his spare time, he loves traveling and discovering the world through the eyes of his little daughter.
