Richard M. Brenner

Rich is President and C.E.O. of The Brenner Group, Inc.®, an interim executive management and financial advisory services firm which he founded in 1987. The Brenner Group is one of the oldest and largest firms of its type in Silicon Valley having assisted over 1,000 companies since its formation.

He has also been an active angel investor in and around Silicon Valley for many years. One of these investments is Bridge Capital Holdings (NASDAQ “BBNK”), the parent company of Bridge Bank, where he is a founder, member of the Board of Directors, and Chairman of the Audit Committee. The bank is a business bank, focusing on providing high levels of service to its clients, and has been one of the fastest growing banks in the United States for over six years.

Rich has more than 35 years of experience as a board member and member of management. He has worked in general and financial management, and has assisted many emerging companies in the roles of President, General Manager, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Rich has held executive level positions at Formaster Corporation (now TRACE Affex), Corvus Systems Inc., US Leasing International Inc., ITEL Corporation, National BankAmericard (now VISA) and Autographic Business Forms Inc. He also served as venture capital consultant to Hillman Ventures.

Rich serves as a board member for Bridge Capital Holdings (NASDAQ “BBNK”), Cardiovention, Inc., Chadmoore Wireless Group (OTC “MOORZ.PK”) and QuickHealth.

Rich also serves as a member of the board of directors of several non profits, including the Santa Clara County Council of the Boy Scouts of America (Chairman of the Board) and The Churchill Club (Chairman of the Board)

He holds a BS in accounting with a minor in management information systems from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
