Sergey Patsko is an entrepreneur, senior executive and venture capitalist with several years of investment experience in high tech. He self-started as an angel investor in Finland and Russia, and co-founded PV Seed Fund I – an early stage micro venture capital fund focusing on 3D technologies, online and offline convergence for retailers, APIs and Machine Learning (AI) startups in the United States.
Having earned a PhD in math, Sergey applies a systematic approach to everything he does. His background of an experienced CEO, together with skills in analytics & marketing, entrepreneurship, and venture capital, gives him significant strength in helping startups to develop a viable value proposition, business strategy, and implement it.
Sergey is a great believer that humility, persistence and education can predict the probability of a person’s success. He graduated from Stanford University Graduate School of Business MSx Program (Sloan Fellows Program). In 2014, he was also selected as a Kauffman Finalist.
